From time to time, everyone needs a helping hand. The AHF Foundation is the umbrella over which all our community initiatives of AHF Church are found. The AHF Foundation represents the soul of our church, whether you're experiencing a crisis, or you'd just like to talk to someone, our pastoral staff are here to help, support, encourage, visit and pray for you. AHF Foundation is also part of providing food and clean water for an impoverished family in places like India, Africa and beyond, helping a local Halifax person start their own business, providing warm clothing for someone living on the streets. Everything that the AHF Foundation supports is driven by a desire to connect people with the Saviour, Jesus Christ, and see their lives flourish in every aspect of life!

Evangelical Ministries
Ministries responsible to reach the lost and those with social needs, to nurture and to help bring understanding to the new believer, to follow up new converts and new members and to arrange Bible studies where needed. (Cell groups, marriage and family counselling)

Prison Ministry
Reaching those in prison through the preaching of the Word, singing and testimony.

Children's Ministry
Bringing the gospel and love of Jesus to children through puppets, skits and clowning. Check out out Shining Light Puppeteers web site for more info.

Youth Outreach
Reaching youth, college students and career groups.
